Solving case 2 reduces the number of required clue scatters to trigger the next interrogation feature to 5.
Solving case 3 introduces a 4th suspect at the top of the stack, who pays a substantial 2,000x the stake if successfully interrogated. To reach this 4th suspect, you must first successfully interrogate all three regular suspects.
